AUTUMN

I know I have mentioned on many occasions that "I LOVE WINTER"...but perhaps I have neglected to mention that I also love autumn. The colors of fall can be breath-taking. I find great joy in working with fall colors in my quilting and am always excited to get busy with fall or Halloween projects. This first project is a kit I bought from "Keepsake Quilting". It only took a couple of hours to put it together and today I begin stitching everything down.

I apologize that this next picture is sideways...I have reloaded it half a dozen times and it always comes up this way. If there is a way of changing it after it is uploaded I don't know how, so tilt your head for a better view. Everything is stitched down in this one except the cat. Isn't she cute. I just realized that I have no stem on one of the pumpkins...maybe I will just leave it that way.

There are plans and fabric for a couple more fall wall hangings and also a Thanksgiving table topper. But who knows where the creative juices will flow when my feet hit the floor each morning. Have a good one my friends.

Harley Update

The current treatment seems to be working. Meds have been adjusted, swelling is down, the constant thirst has diminished and seizures are under control for now. Further testing on the 25th to check for permanent damage.
